These guys are great! I Thrifted some vintage coats that were beautiful light colors, but had some stains on them. I took them to tide cleaners and they look like they are brand new!

I love Katie!!! She is the epitome of customer service; greets you by name with a smile, pulls your account up without needing any information and always gets your bill correct. If she isn’t there, I usually return on another day.

I needed a suit dry cleaned with attention to a spot on the trousers. Drop off was easy and no wait involved. Via the app, I had access to coupon and discount. Suit was ready 24 hours later and pick up was again, quick and efficient. I would use this location again!

Katie was the best!!!! Her attention to detail And customer service went above and beyond! I so appreciate the fact that she offered to check to see if all of the spots on my dress were gone and offered to automatically send it back if not all were gone with a personal note to the manager! Thank you so much! The Mary Ellenstarch spot came out of my hand made dress for my son’s wedding!!!

I always use Tide Cleaners in Bath, Ohio because they do a great job on my suits and have them back quickly. The staff is personable and friendly. They provide a drive-through service if weather is unfavorable or disabled.
